Significance of Gauri vrat or Gorma vrat.
In Gujrat, it is also known as Aluna(અલુણા), Jaya Parvati vrat, Gora.
Gauri Vrat is an important ritual performed by unmarried women and young girls in the month of Ashadha.
The Vrata is dedicated to Goddess Parvati.
What to eat during this Vrat?
In this vrat Girls can only eat Fruits, Dry Fruits, Milk, wheat once a day.
NO SALT.
Sharing My Experience:
When I was 👧girl I remembered I usually dressed up well (Gujrati traditional cloth )n went to the temple for 5 days That time I wasn’t aware about the reason but some of my childhood friends told me this👉 to get “Smart Handsome Husband”🤣(I know this is literally non-realistic but work for me😉)
